Icastle is an excellent application for the sale of real estate. Each real estate layout shall be individually assigned a designated scheme. Each designated scheme has a fixed number of plots. Customer will book a plot in the designated scheme and pay by monthly installments or single payment. After successful completion of the instalments, the plot must be registered in the name of the client.
FiFo
FIFO (Funds In & Out Management) has one or more trusts to raise funds from donors and to disburse funds to donee on a regular basis. Donee can receive funds in a regular or designated way. FIFO maintains the funds in each trust separately. FIFO generates the trial balance, the bank book, the cash book and the general ledger of each business at any time. FIFO has an additional feature to produce check printing. Generate labels for magazines.
